Quarterly  NAUKA cannot publish any work until it has received a fully completed and signed Submission and Authors’ Declaration Form

All authors are required to accept the rules concerning ghostwriting, quest authorship, conflict of interest, ethical and legal statements and refereeing procedure described below and to follow the guidelines concerning preparation of manuscript
