Ścieżki kariery naukowej w Polsce: wyzwania i perspektywy

Abstrakt

Recently, Polish academics have initiated a vivid discussion on the condition and perspectives of science in Poland. The present article reports a debate that, as a part of this public dispute, was held on November 4th 2015 at the Medical University of Łódź and was organized by the Polish Young Academy. It focused on different models of scientific career emerging in Polish academia. Panelists addressed issues such as quality of PhD studies, a need for scientific mobility, and habilitation requirements.
