Perwersyjne efekty automatycznego uznawania stopni naukowych w UE

Abstrakt

Automatic (ex officio) recognition of academic degrees in the EU leads to a race to bottom, because the formal equivalence doesn’t cover a real one. Parametrisation of the learning and getting degrees, used as a remedy, causes other bad side effects. Main objective (to gain knowledge and skills) is not so important as required number of credits and/or formal stages of the study.
